Job Summary
Process Owner responsible for day-to-day manufacturing operations within an assigned area and shift, using the Kraft Heinz Management System (KHMS) to accomplish operational goals. Leads all aspects of team members, providing direction, leadership, development, and support to direct reports; develops safety programs and participates in plant safety initiatives; drives productivity, efficiency, cost, quality, customer service, safety, and employee engagement through individual and team contributions; supports continuous improvement and cross-functional initiatives to enhance operational quality.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS Degree in Business, Food Science, Engineering or related field is helpful
- 1-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment is required
- Ability to lead, empower and mentor large teams of hourly associates is required
- Strong communication, leadership skills
- Strong accountability, consistency and follow-through skills
