Job Summary
Manage day-to-day development, maintenance, and improvement of IDS processes at the regional level, including operational requirement gathering, process documentation, and performance tracking. Support units in designing material flows, setting PAR levels, and delivering training for new process rollouts. Ensure correct execution of standards, traceability controls, and FIFO/FEFO rules while capturing requirements for system enhancements and coordinating tool rollouts. Track IDS KPIs, conduct compliance checks, and analyze route performance to drive supply chain process improvements. This role supports the Senior Process Owner in optimizing delivery schedules and receiving practices within gategroup's global aviation catering network.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field
- At least 3 years in operations, supply chain, inventory, or internal logistics
- Understanding of material flow, receiving, inventory control, or warehouse operations
- Experience writing SOPs, process flows, or technical instructions
- Lean/6-Sigma certification preferred
