Job Summary
Lead business analysis for the Process Orchestrator transformation, translating target-state processes and business rules into structured requirements. Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog inputs aligned to product and control objectives. Facilitate workshops with Product, process, and technology teams to support design decisions. Maintain end-to-end requirements traceability, dependencies, and change records across design, build, testing, and release. Support user acceptance testing, defect triage, and release readiness by validating delivered functionality against agreed requirements. This role resides within the Procurement Transformation & Remediation team, enabling the bank to optimize supplier relationships and deliver a single front door for procurement demand.
Required Qualifications
- Strong senior business analysis capability in process transformation, workflow implementation or platform delivery
- Ability to translate target operating model, process and control design into implementation-ready requirements
- Skilled in workshop facilitation, stakeholder engagement and structured decision-making across business and technology teams
- Disciplined approach to requirements traceability, dependency management and acceptance criteria definition
- Clear communicator with experience supporting user acceptance testing, release readiness and vendor delivery governance
