Job Summary
Lead the Ops Automation workstream by identifying and prioritizing automation opportunities across support, vendor enablement, PR compliance, and payments processes. Collaborate with business, operations, technology, and transformation stakeholders to assess current-state pain points, define automation potential, and shape implementation readiness. Translate these opportunities into clear business requirements, target-state process inputs, testing expectations, and sequenced transformation plans that align with programme priorities. Develop assessments covering organizational impacts, controls, hand-offs, and operational ownership to ensure proposed solutions meet stakeholder needs and the wider transformation roadmap.
Required Qualifications
- Strong senior business analysis and transformation experience in complex operational, procurement or technology-enabled change environments
- Deep process knowledge in areas such as support operations, vendor enablement, PR compliance, payments or broader procurement operations
- Proven experience identifying, shaping and delivering automation opportunities, including assessing value, feasibility, dependencies and organisational impacts
- Track record of leading or managing automation, process improvement or savings programmes in complex stakeholder environments
- Strong analytical, stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to bring structure to ambiguity and translate complex problems into practical delivery plans
