Job Summary
Process Optimization - Operations Analyst focused on enabling day-to-day operations through intake administration, dashboards maintenance, reporting, governance materials, and program logistics. Responsibilities include supporting opportunity intake, prioritization assessments, business-case drafting, governance materials, KPI dashboards, data quality checks, and leadership-ready reporting using Power BI, Excel, and Tableau. The role emphasizes collaboration with leaders and stakeholders, creation of process metrics, documentation storage, and the production of newsletters and community posts to drive Lean Six Sigma engagement; requires strong analytical skills, attention to data quality, and the ability to coordinate across teams while delivering timely insights.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
- At least 5 years of experience in business process support, reporting, program operations, or project coordination, preferably in a global organization
- Proven experience with process analysis, reporting, data quality management, and documentation
- Well-developed interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Excellent relationship management skills
- Strong experience in Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting or visualization tools
- Adaptable, and well organized to respond to changing priorities
- Ability to be proactive and work alone as well as part of a larger team (team player)
- Analytical and flexible with the ability to rapidly understand unfamiliar and complex concepts
- The ability to synthesize and visualize complex data
