Process Operator

Hands-on Process Operator role ensuring raw materials and machinery run smoothly to keep production efficient and safe. Operate and monitor machinery to maintain efficient production runs and quality outputs, handle materials by loading and safely storing raw materials, and support peers in maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency standards. Maintain accurate production records and reports, and participate in processes aimed at improving operational performance. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail, data entry via computerised systems, and familiarity with IT tools (Outlook, Word, Excel) are valued; driving licence and reliable transport are required. Role includes rotating shifts and opportunities for career growth and Mars University development.
