Job Summary
Supply indoor silo requirements through operation of bulk bag dump stations and manage inventories using process computer systems. Receive and unload bulk raw materials per established procedures, then complete receiving, inventory, clean down, and safety documentation. Perform routine sanitation tasks within AIB, GMP, and lockout/tagout guidelines while operating and monitoring production equipment. Visually examine mixes for defects and supply manual weigh stations with correct ingredients. Match goody barrel contents to batch tickets and operate Manual Weigh and AZO Database systems. Lift 100 lbs and move 400 lbs using proper techniques, frequently climbing ladders and navigating awkward positions. Work rotating 4-3-2 shifts from 7:00pm to 7:30am with a 30-minute meal break, maintaining flexibility for overtime as business needs require.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to operate processing equipment (machinery) at standard
- Read and follow directions correctly, written and verbal, continuously
- Use your entire body to bend, twist, push, pull, reach, squat, climb, maneuver, stand, walk, sit, and lean in awkward positions in order to perform a variety of tasks at each level
- Climb and balance on an 18 to 20 foot ladder
- Lift 100 pounds
- Work rotating shift 4-3-2; 7:00pm - 7:30am
- Flexible to work other shifts and overtime as business needs require
- Ability to work with people in a team environment
- Accurate reading, math and organizational skills
