Process Operator at KP Snacks in Billingham (UK) working on-site across three shifts (06:00-14:00, 14:00-22:00, 22:00-06:00). Communicate effectively across shifts with clear handovers and align through the Shift Daily Direction Setting (SDDS) process to maintain consistent performance.
