Job Summary
Operate and troubleshoot the CV production line during start, normal operation and shutdown to maximize performance. Adjust process parameters to optimize production, monitor key equipment data, and inspect product characteristics to ensure A-grade quality. Read and interpret charts/graphs, perform line walks for quality and housekeeping, assist with trials and troubleshooting, develop/update equipment operating procedures, support line changeovers and preventive care, and participate in continuous improvement and leadership discussions. Train new personnel and seek to enhance technical expertise. Requires a high school diploma or higher and at least 2 years of industrial experience; able to operate powered industrial trucks and visualize defects/colors; strong teamwork and adherence to company values.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or higher
- At least 2 years of experience in an industrial environment
- Experience in (continuous) production processes
- Previous equipment operation and equipment troubleshooting experience
- Able to operate powered industrial trucks
- Ability to read, interpret, and react to application charts and graphs
- Strong teamwork and communication
- Commitment to safety and housekeeping
