Job Summary
Process Operator responsible for various stages of the dough production process (fresh and frozen dough production, packaging), acting as a main point of contact for team leaders, sharing process knowledge, performing quality checks, applying HACCP and safety regulations, identifying defects and ensuring proper follow-up, with a focus on maintaining smooth production and high-quality output for pizzas.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a production environment
- Good communication skills in English
- Ability to act decisively, be results-driven and proactive
- Natural interest in people with strong social skills to communicate with a wide range of colleagues
- Work accurately and in a structured way
- Availability to work evenings or weekends regularly
