Job Summary
Operate industrial cooking equipment and production machinery, including heavily robotic packaging systems for chips. Record, report, and input accurate data into computerised systems while ensuring flavour testing is completed effectively. Perform required quality checks and manage materials and waste. Work the Day Shift from 06.30am to 02.30pm, Monday to Friday, in a permanent full-time role. Training is completed during the week. Prior experience in processing or food manufacturing is required, along with an understanding of HACCP and GMP.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in a processing/food manufacturing/industrial kitchen/cooking environment
- An understanding of HACCP and GMP
- A high mechanical aptitude
- Strong attention to detail
- Safety focus
- Reliability
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Valid driver's license
