Process Operator

Process Operator responsible for manufacturing, inspecting, testing and packaging Cytiva life-sciences products in a clean-room environment, ensuring quality standards and health & safety compliance. Performs precise, repetitive work including fixing tubing and connectors, operating and monitoring machines, and boxing finished goods. Aims to meet production targets, contribute to continuous improvement and Lean initiatives (Kaizen), and help reduce costs while improving production efficiency. Requires reliability, punctuality, team orientation, and strong attention to detail; comfortable with 8- or 12-hour shifts and potential unsociable hours. Prior machine operation or clean room experience is a plus.
