Job Summary
Operate and monitor batch production processes at the Mooreland, OK plant, ensuring safe, efficient operation of process equipment and quality production of gypsum materials. Perform quality checks, operate an overhead crane, maintain and troubleshoot equipment (including forklifts, manlifts, loaders), and conduct basic weekly preventative maintenance. Identify deviations, coordinate corrective actions with the team, adhere to safety policies and procedures, and follow company guidelines to maintain continuous production and high-quality output.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous manufacturing or industrial experience preferred
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as manuals and labels
- Ability to fill out all paperwork associated with job
- Works independently while coordinating work efforts with others
