Job Summary
Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure efficient and safe operation while performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting. Follow standard operating procedures to maintain product quality and consistency, and maintain accurate production records and logs. Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements. This 2nd shift opening in Collierville, TN, is for a highly motivated candidate with a high school diploma or equivalent and experience in a manufacturing environment.
Required Qualifications

- Experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and schematics
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
