Operate equipment for extrusion, thermoforming, cutting, and stacking while monitoring quality, output, and process stability. Set up machines and adjust settings to ensure variable raw materials remain stable, troubleshooting technical issues and identifying root causes. Contribute ideas to improve processes and performance in a technical production environment involving recycled materials. Work on a production line with a fixed 5-shift schedule (6 days on, 4 days off) averaging 33.6 hours weekly. Modiform transforms plastic waste into horticultural products, offering a structured development path toward independent line ownership and VAPRO certification support.
Required Qualifications
- Good command of Dutch or English
- Technical aptitude or a strong interest in technology and production
- Willingness to work in a 5-shift schedule
