Job Summary
Conduct proper pasteurization of cream, skim, and condenses following state and federal regulations while complying with precise quality standards. Operate the dryer, evaporator, and RO equipment to ensure accurate milk separation and product specification. Engage in cross-training to support business needs and maintain readiness for mandatory overtime, weekend work, and shift rotation. This role supports Agri-Mark/Mcadam/Cabot Creamery's mission as a B Corp-certified dairy cooperative transforming the global economy to benefit people, communities, and the planet.
Required Qualifications
- Regular, full-time Machine Operator for dryer operation (includes dryer, evaporator and RO) 3rd shift (11pm-7am)
- Provide for proper pasteurization of products following state and federal regulations
- Comply with precise quality standards for cream, skim and condenses specification
- Understand the process of the RO, separation of milk and all related equipment, including evaporator and dryer
- Engage in cross training to support business needs
- Schedule flexibility
- Willingness to work overtime
- Willingness to work weekends
- Willingness to work holidays
- Willingness to rotate shift
- At times overtime, weekend work, holiday work, and shift rotation will be mandatory
