Job Summary
Process Operator on 2nd shift responsible for operating and coordinating multiple production line roles (Bagger/Strapper, Boxer, Middle, Coatings) to meet quality specifications. Must weigh/measure raw materials, label/box as required, set up for product changes, complete production and safety paperwork, and maintain a clean, safe workspace. Requires ability to work independently, communicate clearly, lead or assist in group targets, adhere to health, safety, and environmental regulations, and demonstrate problem-solving, teamwork, and diplomacy. Preferred High School Diploma or GED; full-time, in-person role based in Waco, TX.
