Job Summary
Identify, propose, and implement OHS, production, and improvement projects while independently conducting workshops on Lean, process, and safety management. Monitor all KPIs to derive action recommendations, increase value creation, and ensure plant safety. Assess hazards, instruct teams on occupational safety topics, analyze incidents, and draft new regulations. Plan, track, and evaluate EMS projects from planning through implementation. Complete a degree in business or engineering with three years of production and OHS experience. Full-time role in Kroellendorf, Austria with a gross monthly salary of 2,811.52 per the collective agreement.
Required Qualifications
- Completed degree in business, engineering, or a comparable field
- 3 years of experience in production, lean management, and OHS systems
- Very good German and good English skills

- Background in the food industry
- Certified safety officer
- OHS knowledge and interest in continuous improvement
- Analytical thinking and a structured approach to work
- Experience in process and project management, ideally in Lean, Six Sigma, and OHS
