Job Summary
Lead the execution of process utility systems from design through commissioning and turnover as the field leader and system owner. Coordinate construction activities with subcontractors, foremen, and multidisciplinary project teams while driving safe work execution and ensuring compliance with project safety procedures and task planning requirements. Manage system installation activities, resolve constructability issues, and remove execution roadblocks by reviewing design packages, drawings, and specifications to ensure system functionality. Participate in look-ahead planning, schedule management, and recovery planning using Primavera P6, monitor installation quality through field walks, and lead punch list and turnover activities. Collaborate closely with engineering teams and contractors to resolve technical and field execution issues within an active semiconductor manufacturing environment.
Required Qualifications
- Experience leading process utility systems from design through turnover
- Ability to coordinate construction activities with subcontractors, foremen, and multidisciplinary project teams
- Knowledge of safe work execution and project safety procedures
- Experience managing system installation activities
- Ability to resolve constructability issues
- Experience with look-ahead planning, schedule management, and recovery planning
- Proficiency with Primavera P6
- Experience reviewing design packages, drawings, and specifications
- Experience leading punch list and turnover activities
- Ability to collaborate with engineering teams and contractors to resolve technical and field execution issues
- Experience working in an active semiconductor manufacturing environment
