Process/Manufacturing Engineering Engineer

Lead industrialization of new P1 production lines by managing equipment introduction, defining acceptance criteria, and executing trials to deliver reports. Optimize production efficiency through machine and direct labor improvements, cycle time reduction, and cost analysis while supporting production technicians in training and problem-solving. Collaborate with suppliers to validate proposals, participate in SPV and APU workshops, and standardize PG RAISE and CdC protocols. Ensure strict adherence to safety, environment, and 5S procedures while monitoring QCDM metrics to propose continuous improvements.
