Process / Manufacturing Engineer

Lead industrialization of the new P1 by improving production efficiency for machines and direct labor. Manage production equipment introduction using IPROM, perform pre and acceptance trials on lines, and deliver reports. Build action plans to optimize investments, material, and labor costs while reducing cycle times. Support production technicians in training, analysis, and problem solving, and collaborate with suppliers to improve processes. Apply and promote standards including PG, RAISE, CdC, and QRQC, while ensuring safety, environment compliance, and 5S maintenance.
