Process Manager

Job Summary

Own the overall hardware development process, including sub-processes, work instructions, and forms, ensuring alignment with regulatory and quality requirements. Identify inefficiencies through project feedback and lessons learned to drive practical improvements, while managing the process improvement backlog through to implementation. Explore and apply AI, digital tools, and Lean methods to simplify and automate process management. Harmonize hardware development processes across Lynge, Erlangen, and Singapore, supporting R&D Project and Program Managers as a subject matter expert. Prioritize opportunities and follow improvements through to implementation consistently across global sites.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience working with process development, process management or continuous improvement
  • Experience working in a regulated environment, ideally medical devices or another highly controlled product-development environment
  • Practical understanding of Quality Management Systems and process compliance
  • Experience working with R&D, engineering, product development or project management processes
  • Experience collaborating with Quality/Regulatory stakeholders and translating requirements into practical processes
  • Experience leading or coordinating process improvement initiatives across multiple stakeholders
  • University degree; Engineering, Business/Commerce or a related discipline

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience working in a regulated environment, ideally medical devices or another highly controlled product-development environment
