Process Manager - Master Data Management (Validation & Integration)

Job Summary
Analyst role focused on data validation, reconciliation, and documentation across Master Data Management consumption, not a developer role. Responsibilities include understanding MDM golden records, documenting data flows, field mappings, and transformation rules; validating data across API payloads, batch outputs, and UI displays; applying data quality checks and logging issues; supporting UAT, defect tracking, and reconciliation across downstream reporting. Requires strong attention to detail, ability to query and validate data with SQL, and familiarity with API concepts (REST/JSON), Snowflake, and data governance concepts. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree and 7-10 years in banking/financial services data environments, Agile familiarity, and growing MDM/data analysis knowledge. Must be comfortable documenting requirements, drafting user stories and acceptance criteria, and communicating findings clearly; collaborative team player capable of working in an offshore delivery model.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field
- 7-10 years of experience in data analysis, data validation, or MDM related domains
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Intermediate SQL for data validation, reconciliation (joins, filters, aggregations)
- Familiarity with API concepts (REST/JSON) and ability to read/interpret payloads
- Exposure to Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms
- Experience with data quality concepts (completeness, accuracy, timeliness)
- Experience with documenting requirements, user stories, and data mappings
- Proactive learner with clear written communication and ability to document findings clearly
- Experience working in an offshore delivery model with onsite colleagues
- Exposure to banking or financial services data environments
- Soft skills: reliable, organized, collaborative, able to escalate issues appropriately
- Basic familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Postman, Swagger
