Job Summary
Develop a deep understanding of lab systems and workflows utilized across the testing pipeline. Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate launch activities for internal tools and clinical tests. Collect and document business and technical needs for software tools and operational procedures. Work closely with engineering and product teams to provide input in the scoping and building of requirements, assist in project tracking and status reporting, and investigate product issues by performing root cause analysis. This role supports new assay launches and process improvement projects across Tempus' clinical testing business, connecting real-world evidence to deliver actionable insights to physicians.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapting to shifting priorities
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning and integrating new forms of technology with a steep ramp-up period
- Highly organized and systematic, superb attention to detail and ability to complete tasks with a high degree of accuracy
- Show initiative and ability to work as part of a high-level team while working independently on mission-critical tasks
