Oversee end-to-end business process lifecycle management, including requirement gathering, process modeling, and implementation support for the BPM portfolio. Manage project lifecycles from initiation to closure, coordinating stakeholders and delivering solutions that enhance efficiency and reduce cycle times. Maintain process repositories and conduct regular audits to ensure compliance and continuous improvement across all managed processes.
