Process Manager Billing & Dunning

Own and steer the end-to-end European billing and dunning process for Vattenfall InCharge, driving standardisation, digitalisation, and continuous improvement across markets. Monitor and improve performance using KPIs (e.g., first-time-right, lead time, quality); define governance, translate strategy into scalable initiatives, and lead international decision-making for process changes. Roll out improvements consistently across European markets, enabling digitalisation, automation, and self-service solutions. Requires 5+ years in international process management with solid knowledge of billing/financial processes, change management, KPI-driven performance management, and strong stakeholder management. Fluency in English; experience with Microsoft Dynamics and SAP BRIM is a plus; ability to travel occasionally. Location: Solna, Sweden (hybrid work arrangement).
