Job Summary
Lead and manage all process activities, including operations, maintenance, metallurgy, and lab functions, while supporting operational strategy and continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain accurate metallurgical accounting, reporting, and forecasting systems, and serve as a technical resource for site projects and process-related decisions. Champion safety and environmental stewardship, develop and mentor staff, and maintain professional relationships with vendors and internal teams to support operations. Promote collaboration across departments to improve safety, efficiency, and gold recovery. Requires a degree in Metallurgy or Chemical Engineering, 8+ years in mining with heap leach gold processing experience, and 5+ years in supervisory roles. This position is open only to candidates authorized to work in the United States.

- Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and best practices in gold processing
