Job Summary
Clean and sanitize the Single Pass trim line belt, evap dryer, LM packaging, and puff areas using brooms, chemicals, and scrub tools to maintain plant standards and ensure high-quality product. Remove debris from floors, perform cleanup procedures, and adhere to Hazardous Communication and Chemical Safety standards while practicing GMP and food safety requirements. Communicate effectively regarding food safety risks and maintain regular attendance.
Required Qualifications
- Regular and predictable attendance
- Ability to use hands to finger, handle, reach, feel objects, tools, or controls
- Ability to reach with hands and arms
- Ability to climb or balance
- Ability to talk, hear, taste or smell
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl
- Ability to occasionally climb and balance
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50lbs
- Close vision for testing
- Distance vision
- Color vision for testing and seeing color
- Peripheral vision to observe two processes
- Depth perception for working with equipment
- Ability to adjust focus for seeing defective material
- Ability to adhere to Tree Top operational policies, safety rules, procedures and good manufacturing practices
- Ability to report food safety and food quality problems or risks to personnel with the authority to initiate action against these said possible risks
- Ability to follow all applicable safety rules, regulations and policies such as Hazardous Communication and Chemical Safety standards
- Ability to maintain the health and safety of oneself and others
- Ability to remove debris from floor
- Ability to perform sanitation
- Ability to perform clean up procedures
- Ability to practice GMP and food safety requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Age 18 or older
