Job Summary
Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical and process issues, execute maintenance and breakdown repairs, and collaborate with support departments to drive high efficiency. Support issue resolution, maintenance planning, and manufacturing systems execution following the "run to target" approach. Coach and develop colleagues while supporting site culture and strategies to deliver high-quality branded product in a safe environment. Begin as part of a production line's day support team before transitioning to a senior role in an operating team on shift. The plant operates 24 hours a day with a 12.5-hour shift pattern including days and nights.
Required Qualifications
- Evidence of technical mastery in a manufacturing setting
- High level of hands-on mechanical aptitude
- Demonstrated leadership experience
- Passion for problem-solving
- Strong verbal and written English language skills
- Right to work in the UK from Day 1 of employment without requiring sponsorship
