Job Summary
Process Lead responsible for providing technical leadership to ensure stable and efficient dairy plant operations, driving process stability, optimisation and control, leading troubleshooting and structured problem solving (RCA, UPS), coaching operational teams to build technical capability, embedding change initiatives to lift process reliability, quality and compliance, and partnering cross-functionally to support new processes and organisational growth. Requires deep dairy processing knowledge, experience with dryer processing, strong problem-solving skills, experience in regulated environments, and excellent communication and relationship-building abilities; engineering or food technology qualification desirable.
