Job Summary

End-to-end payroll operations support for Singapore and APAC within a shared services environment. Responsible for processing payroll inputs, validating data (attendance, leave, reimbursements, deductions, statutory components), handling employee queries, maintaining payroll records, and ensuring compliance with policies, labour laws, and SLAs. Uses Workday and ServiceNow; coordinates with HR, Finance, and external vendors; supports employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, transfers, promotions, and exit settlements; emphasizes data accuracy, confidentiality, and timely delivery.

Required Qualifications

  • 5–8 years of experience in Payroll operations (Singapore, APAC preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources / business administration, Commerce or related field
  • Experience working with HRIS/payroll systems such as Workday and ServiceNow
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace, especially Excel
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Effective communication & stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
  • High attention to detail, confidentiality, and accuracy
  • Positive attitude with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
