Job Summary
Support employees in the claim documentation process and manage claims/endorsement data. Coordinate with TPAs and insurers for timely processing, prepare weekly and monthly reports, and resolve client queries with speed and accuracy while maintaining compliance. Engage with contact points to build strong relationships and support clients during renewal meetings. Requires 4+ years of insurance industry experience, MS Office proficiency, and a hybrid schedule of at least three days in the office.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in insurance industry
- Graduation degree
- Technical knowledge - MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook
- Must be available for at least three days a week in the office
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Organised, self-discipline and pro-active
- Good multi-tasking ability
Desired Qualifications
- Domain Knowledge preferred
