Process Lead

Lead the on-site factory production team in Hatfield to achieve production goals within a continuous improvement environment. Drive and develop an environment of continuous improvement (5S level maintenance and improvement where needed), participate in ITW Toolbox events, set work priorities for the team, and train and develop team members for increased flexibility. Assist supervisor in tracking Lean improvements and perform production duties such as assembly, calibration, and glass manufacturing as needed. Maintain safe working practices, accurate inventory transactions, and collaborate with Planning, Engineering & Quality to meet company goals. Drive metric improvements using the SQDIP board and support ongoing company continuous improvement initiatives. Uphold ITW values and commitments to equal opportunity and teamwork.
