Job Summary
Process Lead with responsibility for driving operational excellence and standardization across end-to-end supply chain within a GMP-regulated CDMO context. Leads Lean/Six Sigma improvement programs, optimizes planning, procurement, inventory management, logistics, and technology-enabled processes, and drives ERP/MES optimization and advanced planning capabilities. Collaborates with site Supply Chains, Finance, and IT to ensure reliable operations, on-time delivery of clinical and commercial products, and cross-site governance. Travel and on-site presence required (25% annual travel) with hybrid work flexibility.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field
- APICS or CPIM certification, desired
