Job Summary
Process Launch Management Engineer responsible for managing new products' manufacturing simultaneous engineering, industrialization, and launch activities from concept to early life of production. Plan project technical activities and staffing, coordinate manufacturing team resources, ensure customer requirements and compliance with norms, track progress, support budget/resource alignment and RFQ activities, manage Product Change Requests, and deploy standard methodologies, tools, and solutions to achieve quality, cost, and timing targets.
Required Qualifications
- Deep knowledge of IATF16949 requirements and related tools (FMEA, PPAP, SPC, APQP)
- Problem solving and analytic tools and methodologies (FMEA, FTA)
- Technical knowledge of production process
- Project management knowledge and methods
- English: fluent
