Job Summary
Operate and develop the HR system landscape, focusing on SAP HCM, SAP Fiori, Concur, and SuccessFactors. Translate functional requirements into viable system, data, and process solutions while steering HR IT and digitalization projects from planning to successful introduction. Monitor system performance, manage interfaces and authorizations, and conduct workshops and training to ensure user acceptance and a future-proof environment. This role supports the IT and digitalization strategy within the Dresden location, offering a permanent contract, hybrid work options, and comprehensive training opportunities at JOYNEXT.
Required Qualifications
- completed degree in the field of IT, business informatics, HR/personnel management, data analytics, or a comparable qualification
- equivalent skills and several years of relevant professional experience
- Several years of experience in the IT-side support and further development of SAP HR systems
- sound knowledge in SAP HCM, SAP Fiori, Concur, SuccessFactors, or adjacent HR applications
- Practical customizing knowledge
- experience with Fiori configuration
- a good understanding of IT architectures, interfaces, system integration, and data flows
- Human resources processes along the end-to-end process 'Hire-to-Retire'
- knowledge in IT security, data protection, and the handling of sensitive personnel data
- Experience in project management
- independent project responsibility
- very good German skills of at least C1 level
- good English skills
