Job Summary
Drive fast ramp of new wide bandgap technologies in manufacturing factories without quality issues by collaborating with unit process, device, package, and product engineering teams. Manage the full process integration flow from fab tool selection through module unit process development to enable new products meeting customer requirements for manufacturability and high quality. Identify problems analytically and lead improvements across all aspects of new technology from feasibility to production ramp while working independently and within teams.
