Job Summary
Seeking a Process Integration Engineer specializing in Optoelectronics for semiconductor fabrication. Responsibilities include optimizing wafer processes and integrating new technologies. Requires Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of relevant experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Computer Engineering, Mechanical, Chemical or a related field
- At least 1 year of Optoelectronic component semiconductor wafer process experience
- Wafer & clean room experience with III-V or silicon compounds
- Scribe/break, sawing process, automated optical inspection experience preferred
Desired Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with cleanroom processes (i.e. wet/dry etching, PECVD, photo resist patterning)
- Familiarity with design and fabrication techniques for devices such as edge emitting lasers and PIN detectors
- Experience with optical fiber bandwidth measurement
- Experience with DOE, SPC, FMEA
