Process Integration Engineer (m/f/d) - Metrology

Job Summary
Analyze, evaluate, and optimize metrology data to improve process control and product quality within SiC and GaN semiconductor manufacturing. Introduce, qualify, and release new measurement methods and metrology equipment while leading continuous improvement initiatives for TTM projects. Identify and eliminate process bottlenecks to enhance transfer cycle times and ramp-up performance. Execute process development or integration tasks, building product and process knowledge as a leader of small optimization projects and sub-project leader in complex initiatives. Maintain technical and procedural knowledge along with internal and external contacts. Active participation in PC&O Process improvement teams is required. Fluency in German and minimum 3 years of experience in semiconductor device physics or technology are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Education in Semiconductor Device Physics or Semiconductor Technology and/or Microelectronics
- Minimum 3+ years experience depending on educational credentials
- Knowledge of semiconductor devices and industrial semiconductor technology
- Hands on experience in wafer fab process module developments and metrology equipment
- Fluency in German
- Good level in English
- Good communication skills, both verbal and in writing
