Job Summary
Develop new wafer fab process modules on PECVD (dielectrics) and PVD (metallization) tools, executing major process development or integration tasks. Lead small or medium-sized process integration or optimization projects and serve as a sub-project leader for complex initiatives. Build and maintain technical and procedural knowledge while managing internal and external contacts within your field of expertise. Actively participate in PC&O Process improvement teams. This role requires a minimum of three years of experience in semiconductor device physics or technology with hands-on fab module development. Required Qualifications
- Education in Semiconductor Device Physics or Semiconductor Technology and/or Microelectronics
- Minimum 3+ years experience depending on educational credentials
- Knowledge of semiconductor devices and industrial semiconductor technology
- Hands on experience in wafer fab process module developments on PECVD and or PVD equipment
- Fluency in German
- Good level in English
- Good communication skills, both verbal and in writing
