Job Summary
Process Integration Engineer to join Jireh Semiconductor (AOS) in Hillsboro, OR. Focus on power device technology development (MOSFET/TVS), process-flow implementation, electrical characterization and failure analysis, wafer-level testing, yield monitoring, and collaboration with design, reliability, and product engineering for NPI and continuous improvement. Responsibilities include procedure development for process integration, DOE-driven experimentation, device characterization, troubleshooting, documentation, and ensuring device reliability through close cross-functional collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering degree
- 3+ years of experience in a development role (power device development is preferred)
- Working knowledge in semiconductor process technology and wafer fabrication
