Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Systems Design Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- 7–10 years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, repair operations, industrial processes, or special process support
- 2–3 years of people management experience
