Job Summary
Optimize coating and packaging processes by testing machine specifications and product deliverables against quality requirements. Evaluate and resolve minor technical inefficiencies or machine stoppages while implementing technical improvements. Act as the internal contact for machine technical specifications to ensure optimal and efficient operation. Coach packaging staff on the floor to optimize process actions and develop new processes for New Product Development. Collaborate with diverse departments on project initiation and technical team discussions regarding process improvements. This role requires a technical bachelor degree or equivalent experience, strong analytical skills, and a hands-on mindset. The position involves a 39-hour week within a modern, innovative environment featuring an attractive compensation package.
Required Qualifications
- minimum een technische bacheloropleiding of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- goede technische kennis opgebouwd, bij voorkeur in een productie/verpakkingsomgeving
- pc-vaardig en kan vlot werken met MS Office
- hands on en bent graag op de werkvloer
- sterk analytisch vermogen en technisch inzicht
- flexibel en hebt een sterk probleemoplossend vermogen
- communicatief vaardig en communiceert vlot met diverse teams
- draagt veiligheid hoog in het vaandel en bent bereid mee te werken aan de nodige preventietaken
