Job Summary
Process Improvement Supervisor at FleetPride leads Lean Six Sigma-based process optimization across distribution centers, analyzes procedures, designs improvement plans to reduce variability, waste, and cycle time, develops standards, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms, collaborates with cross-functional teams, conducts data analyses and root-cause investigations, and deliverables include presentations on program impact and sustainability of improvements across the network.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (preferred)
- 3-5 years proven continuous improvement/analytical experience from a similar role
- Project management and business analysis experience
- Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred)
- Proven facilitation, public speaking, training, presentation, and communication skills
- Strong leadership, organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in project management software
