Process Improvement, Specialist

Process Improvement Specialist focused on identifying, analyzing, and recommending improvements to business processes. Responsible for analyzing process improvement data, using metrics to drive quality enhancements, supporting initiatives from inception through implementation with deadlines, maintaining documentation (business requirements, functional specs, process maps, gap analyses), and developing strong relationships with internal clients and stakeholders. Assists in developing training materials and coordinating follow-up meetings to ensure sustained improvements. Supports participation in special projects and other duties as assigned. Hybrid work model described; expected to collaborate across teams and contribute to ongoing process optimization and operational excellence.
