Job Summary
Lead process improvement initiatives within Pharmacy Services Finance Operations, managing strategic assessments, value stream mapping, and FOX topics to drive operational efficiency. Conduct root cause analysis using 5 Why's and DMAIC methodologies, develop control plans, and facilitate live calls to validate results. Create project charters with SMEs, document SIPOC and flow charts, and utilize Pareto diagrams and inferential statistics to define opportunities and track progress via RAID logs. Lead working teams through Improvement and Assessment projects, defining roles, publishing bi-weekly updates, and acting as a change agent from identification through delivery.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years' of experience in internal operations and / or customer facing services
- 3+ years' of experience in problem solving and / or data collection, reporting, and analysis
- 2+ years demonstrated experience leading process improvement initiatives resulting in quantifiable benefits
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or higher certification
- Bachelors degree OR equivalent experience

- Advanced Statistics / Data Analysis experience
