Job Summary
Process Improvement Specialist responsible for analyzing and mapping business processes, conducting gap analyses, and implementing improvements to increase efficiency, quality, and productivity. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop SOPs and training materials, train SMEs, and establish metrics and dashboards to monitor impact. Requires strong data analysis, project management, change management, and excellent communication skills, with experience in Lean/Six Sigma and ERP/MRP systems. Physical work is desk-based (80–95% at a computer) with standard office environment considerations. The role is with TAS, a Houston-headquartered company within Comfort Systems USA, with emphasis on data-center-related systems and enterprise-wide process improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in process improvement, business process reengineering, or related roles
- Proficiency in process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or TQM
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
