Job Summary
Process Improvement/SharePoint Support Analyst to support the Department of State IT Governance Support Services Bureau of Consular Affairs. Responsibilities include monitoring SDLC-related processes, recommending process improvements, developing target-state designs and implementation roadmaps, updating process/policy/procedures documents, supporting the Annual Statement of Assurance, evaluating performance metrics, monitoring adherence to policies, performing knowledge-management activities with SharePoint, developing automated workflows, facilitating lessons-learned sessions, and supporting governance/coordinator tasks for CST/GTM.
Required Qualifications
- Active Secret Clearance
- 10 years of experience
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
