Job Summary
Process Improvement RN Program Manager leads facility or CBU-level initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, quality, patient safety, and outcomes in a healthcare setting. Responsibilities include educating, coaching, and mentoring process improvement for MHS employees; designing and executing facility or CBU-level improvement strategies; assisting with data analysis, conducting workflow assessments; and collaborating with stakeholders to implement solutions. Facilitates the use of process improvement methodologies and supports compliance with regulatory requirements and quality goals. Requires strong clinical experience, quality/process improvement background, data analysis capabilities, and effective communication and leadership to coach teams and drive improvements. Relocation to the Yakima area is required if not already located nearby; role reports to leadership at Commencement Plaza in Tacoma, WA, with the role physically located in Yakima, WA.
Required Qualifications
- Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license in Washington State or multistate license endorsement
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
- Minimum three (3) years of experience practicing in a clinical setting
- Minimum of two (2) years leading or coaching process improvement
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in clinical care, quality, performance improvement, project/program management or any combination of these areas; or minimum requirements for clinical experience and process improvement with a Bachelor’s in a healthcare-related field
