Job Summary
The Process Improvement Officer will design and implement new technological systems for Jollibee restaurants to enhance operations efficiency while ensuring compliance. Responsibilities include analyzing process improvements, coordinating pilot tests, and assessing post-implementation evaluations.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering or any related courses
- At least 2-4 years of Jr. Business Analyst experience
- Preferably with POS system experience (System Design or Data Management)
